I am considering moving from St. Louis to Pensacola FL ?
Does anyone know the cost of Real Estate taxes ? Home owners insurance ? I’m looking to buy in the $75,000 range (if that helps).
Not personally, but your taxes are going to be less, no state income tax, property taxes are less, and the crime rate is a lot less.
Plus the weather is much better, no snow or freezing temps.
