Arizona Land for Sale – The Rush is on!
The land rush is on in Arizona! With foreclosures at an all time high it is a buyers market and the deals are almost unbelievable. There is a huge quantity of Arizona land for sale and the prices are well below appraised value. It’s a great time for investors and retirees or those who are looking for a deal and can wait it out until the economy turns around.
Arizona is in the southwest region of the US bordering New Mexico, Nevada, California and Utah. It has a desert climate with a temperature rage of 4 to 125 degrees Celsius and can see temperature swings of up to 50 degrees in the summer months. Although it is a desert climate, Arizona is home to the world’s largest stand of Ponderosa Pines and contains many rivers such as the Colorado river which carved the Grand Canyon.
Arizona’s per capita income is about $33,000, ranking 43rd in the States, and its median household income is around $51,000, making it 22nd in the States – just around the national average. The states government is their largest employer and Wal-Mart is the largest private employer.
Canadians are flocking to Arizona because of the unheard of prices and the rising Canadian dollar. A comparable $100,000 home in Scottsdale, AZ would normally cost more than $400,000 in Toronto, ON.
